Let's cruise-out towards the South Bay Wreck of the USS Thompson (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/USS_Thompson_(DD-305) | http://www.sfsayc.com/sfsayc/ussthompson.html)

Ahoy Cruisers,

The updated schedule for the Cruise Out to The Club at WestPoint by way of the South Bay is as follows:

I hope everyone is staying dry! Due to the weather forecast we have decided to reschedule the Westpoint cruise. The new, and hopefully improved, dates are 1/27 - 1/29. On Friday 1/27 we will anchor out near the Dumbarton Bridge in the South Bay for a mobile cocktail party with our Cruisers and Cruisers from the Club at Westpoint. Arrive whenever convenient for your crew and set anchor in the South Bay where we will be better protected from the breeze and more likely to find a good bottom to hold anchors. Dinner will be on our own and boats.
Cruisers can return to WestPoint Harbor Saturday morning. Saturday afternoon will include cornhole matches which could become a tournament with enough participation. For all that want to explore the Marina, please enjoy yourselves in your dinghy's, canoes, rafts, etc. and there are some very nice walking paths that follow the WestPoint Slough, around and in the Pacific Shores Complex, and all around the Harbor. We'll meet for Docktails and appetizer potluck on the H Dock around 4:00 (party barge will be there as well). Dinner will be prepared on SeaRenity and will consist of a Caesar salad, smoked trip tip and baked potatoes. ($25 per person). After dinner a potluck dessert will also be available. Sunday will be open for departures whenever is convenient for the Skippers. I apologize for the change in plans but due to weather conditions we feel as if this will be a better chance for a safe and enjoyable weekend together.

NOTES:
There will be a category for the best appetizer and best dessert. Please make sure to vote for your favorites

Dinner
Power Boaters & Black Toppers, please sign up early so we have an accurate count and can prepare early for Saturday's dinner. SeaRenity now has an electric smoker onboard and Brian and Jeannie have been perfecting the tri tip recipe for years! A Caesar salad and baked potatoes with butter, sour cream and chives will round out the plates. Please bring your own plate and silverware if possible.

Give me a call/text for more information.
