I've been wanting to write this series for a long time.

The Southwest Sinners started the way most of my books do—with a character who wouldn't shut up. Colt Holloway showed up in my head one night, all scarred knuckles and bad decisions, grieving the best friend he couldn't save, and climbing onto the back of the bull that killed him. I knew right then I was in trouble. The good kind.

I've always loved rodeo. The grit, the adrenaline, the sheer reckless courage it takes to strap yourself onto two thousand pounds of fury and call it a living. But I also love the world behind the chutes—the rivalries that run deep, the friendships forged in dust and broken bones, and the secrets people keep when the stakes are life and death. That's where this series lives.
