RSVP to join us at the Gregg Museum of Art & Design for an artist talk by Karina McMillan, presented in conjunction with the exhibition Stories Told by Breath: Native American Voices in North Carolina.
Karina McMillan is a Lumbee artist from Fayetteville, NC, and will discuss her multidisciplinary practice, which explores Native identity, storytelling, heritage, and contemporary Indigenous expression through vibrant, symbolic artwork. The presentation will conclude with a Q&A session, followed by time to explore the exhibitions and connect with the Karina more personally.
