2026 VAMLE Conference Pre-Registration
When: Tuesday, March 10, 2026 (Snow date = Thursday, March 12, 2026)
Where: Champlain College: 262 S Willard St, Burlington, VT 05401
Time: Doors open around 8:30 am. Opening activities start at 9:00. Conference ends at 2:15 pm
Lunch Provided!
Cost: First presenter teams (5 students and I adult) pay $100; Second Presenter teams pay $150; Teams NOT presenting pay $350/team (5 students and 1 adult) for a member school. $450/team for a non-member school. Any additional students or adults (partial teams) above the 5 students + 1 adult pay $75 for each person.

**The deadline for this pre-registration form is Friday, February 6th, 2026. Maximum number of attendees from each school is 20 students and 4 teachers or combinations of those equaling 24 total attendees from each school.**

A "team" is considered 1 adult + 5 youths. The maximum number a school can register is 24 people in any combination. (Partial teams are billed at $75/person. Partial teams please round up.

Once we receive your registration, we will send out a Google Form for you and your students to select their conference workshops. You can either share the link with your students for them to complete individually or gather their choices and submit the form on their behalf to ensure completion. We will follow up with you later to confirm the registrations we have received from your school. If you'd like to preview the workshop choices, they are listed below.
