At CLC, we love to celebrate who God is, express our love to Him, and thank Him for all He has done. As a worship team, we have an amazing opportunity to use our gifts to help our church experience God through music, technology, creative pieces, technology, and production.

We have openings in all positions for worship, so if you sing or play an instrument, we need you!
- Musicians (drums, keys, guitar, bass, other instruments)
- MD (music director for transitions and running tracks)
- Singers (background vocalists and song leaders)

If you would like to help in production, we have openings in all positions as well. You do not need to have any experience for production, we just want excited and teachable team players.

We have high expectations for those who want join CLC Worship, but when we achieve these things together, awesome things happen. Here's what we're about:

- We're pursuing a relationship with God and are active in the church (this includes completing CLC Growth Track--if you haven't done that and are not sure how to do that, just email us).

- We're representatives of CLC and other Christians. We're aligned with CLC's mission and values. We're far from perfect, but we remember that what we say and do matters, on and off stage (including social media!).

- We have a set schedule, so team members MUST be at all rehearsals/services and be on time. If you have a conflict, please let us know ahead of time so we can reschedule you.

- We ask the team to remain flexible, be open to constructive criticism and keep a positive attitude. We're a team so it's important that we support each other and work together with one goal: to worship God!

- Individual practice/preparation is essential. Worship team members are required to use RehearsalMix, WorshipOnline, and charts/cue sheets to prepare. We learn the parts exactly as the original song and memorize the music for services.

- We have a relaxed dress code with just a few basic requirements: no shorts, sweatpants, flip flops, no distracting graphics/words, no midriff/low-cut shirts or tanks, but dresses/skirts are okay if they're long or worn with leggings/tights. In general, just use your best judgement!
CAMERA OPS & STAGE CREW: You must wear long black pants and a black shirt. You may also wear a plain black hat (optional).

Please note for worship team you will need to include a video link with this application (for production, skip to ABOUT YOU). Read the team expectations above and video guidelines below. If you're on board, record your video and come back to fill out the application and paste the link to your video.

Your video is comprised of 3 parts.

1. Introduce yourself and tell us anything you want us to know about you in about 30 seconds.

2. Do one of the following:


VOCALS -  You may sing one of the following songs a cappella (no music), have someone play an instrument with you, or accompany yourself if you play an instrument. You may also sing with a track as long as there are no lead vocals in the track (most recommended option).
