~Vendors must register in advance in order to participate. Limited spots available due to social distancing guidelines.
~DIY Booth $10 Fee; All-Inclusive Booth (Tent Space, Tables, Chairs Included) $100 Fee; Food Trucks (Please inquire with space and electrical needs for rate)
~Deadline to register is Friday at 5PM, one week prior to the date you are registering for.
~Vendors can sign up for one or multiple events on this form, or return later to register for a later event.
~Vendor registration fee due in advance. Approved vendors will be sent a PayPal or VENMO prior to the event and must be completed within 24 hours to confirm participation.
~Vendor fee is applicable per event night.
~Caterers/Food Vendors/Food Trucks can submit a copy of their insurance, and state documents to CBOUDREAUX@CAJUNDOME.COM at least one week prior to the event date.

BOOTH INFORMATION
VENDOR BOOTH INFORMATION & AGREEMENT
A spot map will be sent to approved vendors the Friday prior to their registered event. Vendors can choose a DIY booth option with a registration fee of $10 per 10x10 space needed, or purchase a spot in our pre-set Vendor Village. The Vendor Village will provide a 10 x 10 lit tented vendor space with two tables and chairs and access to limited electrical hookup for $100/vendor. Limited spots available. Vendor fee is due per event.

Vendor Village spots will be selected in advance, first-come, first served, while non-Village spots will be available first-come, first served, the day of the event.

Vendors may start the check-in process starting at 12:30PM on the event date at a designated entry gate. All vendors should complete their set-up by 4:30PM.

Vendors are encouraged to use lights in their booth due to evening hours event, no electrical access available for DIY parking lot spots. Limited electrical access available for Vendor Village spots and electrical access may be available for food truck/food vendor spots at an additional fee based on amount needed. Please request any electrical access below and we will contact you with additional fee information.

Vendors should maintain set-up until the end of the movie, approximately 9PM, to avoid disruptions or vehicle interference with exiting guests.

I agree to not sell any beverage or popcorn products while participating at the event. I agree not to hold the The Lafayette City-Parish Consolidated Government, its officials, employees and volunteers, the CAJUNDOME Commission and The University of Louisiana at Lafayette liable for any damage or loss that may occur while participating in this event. I understand that while guidelines are in place during the pandemic, I agree to abide by present social distancing guidelines when setting up and operating my booth. I understand that vendor fee refunds are not available unless the event is cancelled by the CAJUNDOME. *
