Registration ProcessPlease clearly complete the form below in order to register for Springboard to Music. Registration is available on a rolling, first come, first served basis. Please consider that there is often a waiting list. Springboard runs on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings only from 4pm until about 8pm.
- Register using this online form. Indicate your scheduling preferences for the programming you've requested, and then wait to receive a call or email confirming your registration.
- Programming will be scheduled according to interest and availability. If you are interested in a certain program at all, please indicate your interest. For Group Classes and Ensemble Classes, the Program Director will contact you with information about available dates and times. Learn more about available programs at springboardtomusic.ca/all-courses.
- If you are concerned about making a payment right away, speak with the Program Director about a plan-to-pay at a later time when you receive your call or email. If you would rather pay via cash, cheque, or e-Transfer instead of paying online, this also applies to you.
- Once you've received a confirmation number and are prepared to make a payment, please visit springboardtomusic.ca/register and choose the appropriate payment option. If you have agreed to a plan-to-pay, then proceed according to that agreement instead.
- Once you have paid or agreed to a plan-to-pay, your registration will be secured.
Confirmation & Payment
As stated above, once you've clicked "Submit" using this registration form, please wait for the Program Director to give you a confirmation number before making your payment. Payment or a plan-to-pay will be required before the dates and times you've registered for can be fully secured. Online payments include a small processing fee. If you would like to avoid the processing fee, please speak with the Program Director about paying via cash, cheque, or e-Transfer.
Data & Privacy
The information you provide during registration and payment is used to ensure the safe and seamless integration of students into the Springboard to Music program. The personal information you provide is used for communications to and from Springboard for necessary purposes such as program updates, scheduling, payment, and safety. Your information is not shared outside of Springboard to Music, and is kept on file with standard business tools for internal use only. For payments made with Square systems either online or in-person, your payment information is processed securely using the Square platform.
