ESAC Fall 2026 Budget Requests
THIS FORM WILL BE REVIEWED ON EVERY 2ND AND 4TH SUNDAY OF EACH MONTH @ 11:59PM EST. 
- Please submit this form at least two weeks in advance to your event. 
- No retroactive funding will be provided. 

Instructions:
- Allocations will be conducted biweekly starting September 6th.
- FILLING OUT THIS FORM DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT FUNDING WILL BE ISSUED. We will send you a confirmation email when we have reviewed your request (typically after every second and fourth Sunday of the month).
- If funding needs to be reviewed quickly, please email esacfin-club@engineering.upenn.edu.
