Market Setup Crew (1:30pm–3:00pm) - Assist with setting up tents, tables, signs, cones, and directional markers. Must be able to lift 25+ lbs
Vendor Support Liaison (3:00pm–6:30pm) - Stationed at the vendor area to help with minor needs (bathroom breaks, water refills, basic troubleshooting).
Welcome Table & Info Guide (2:45pm–6:00pm) - Help guests find their way around, collect donations, answer basic questions, and hand out flyers. Volunteers will be briefed on event highlights and market mission.
Cooking Demo Assistant (2:30pm–6:00pm) - Support the chef with light prep, ingredient organization, plating samples, and keeping the demo area clean.
Clean-Up Crew (6:45pm–8:00pm) - Help vendors break down their booths, move tables, remove trash, clean, and leave the space better than we found it.
Photo & Story Collector (3:30pm–6:30pm) - Capture photos, quotes, and small stories from vendors and shoppers to help us share the spirit of the market.
