The cost is $20 per week for 20 weeks, payable in 1 or 2 lump sums, for a total of $400. Each share is sufficient produce for about a week for approximately 2 people.
While Terra Sacra is not certified organic, we do use organic methods. We do not use synthetic fertilizers, herbicides, or pesticides.
Expected produce includes: Lettuce, Spinach, Radish, Turnip, Broccoli, Bok Choi, Kale, Carrots, Onions, Garlic, Scallions, Beets, Potatoes, Tomatoes, Summer Squash, Zucchini, Green beans, Sugar snap peas, Eggplant, Okra, Peppers, Cucumbers, Corn, Herbs.
We will communicate weekly with all share holders about expected harvest, recipe ideas, and storage information.
The money raised through the CSA program will be reinvested directly into the farm, which provides produce for COPA, the nation's first farm to table Cuban restaurant.
The deadline for payment is December 31.
