The European Society of Association Executives (ESAE) - the leading organisation in Europe for bringing together association professionals, and by Mavence - a
recruitment and strategic talent management firm specialised in international and public affairs. Mavence is an official partner of ESAE.
THE GOAL OF THIS SURVEY
This is a second edition of our joint ESAE-Mavence survey looking at leadership structures in associations with the aim of better understanding the evolution trends at top levels across trade and professional associations - from the perspective of talent diversity, compensation and benefits packages offered, most valued leadership skills and specific career advancement opportunities.
CONFIDENTIALITY
This questionnaire is anonymous. We are not requiring you to provide your name or email address, your identity can in no way be linked to your answers.
If you would like to save your answers before completing the survey (to come back to it at a later stage), you can log-in with a Google email account but this is not mandatory and it will not be transferred to ESAE or Mavence upon completion of the questionnaire.
If you would like to leave your email address, you will be provided an option to do so at the end of this survey but this will in no way impact the confidentiality of the exercise and/or how your responses are treated.
