Let your child’s creativity take center stage this summer! 🎭

Gulfshore Opera invites young performers ages 8–11 to join our two-week Summer Youth Performance Camp, where music, theater, and imagination come together in a fun and supportive environment.

Held at Estero Community Church (21115 Design Parc Lane, Estero, FL), camp runs June 8–12 and June 15–19 from 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM. Throughout the two weeks, campers will explore the exciting world of performing arts through choral singing, theater games, crafts, set design, and energetic drum circles.

The experience culminates in a lively final performance of Phantom of the Music Room—a delightful showcase where students bring everything they’ve learned to the stage for family and friends.

  • Scholarships available

  • Students should bring a lunch; nut-free snacks will be provided

Medication, First Aid, and Safety

The safety of all campers is our number one priority at Gulfshore Opera.

If your child requires prescribed medication during camp hours, please send a written note with the following information:

Please note that while first aid kits are available, Gulfshore Opera staff are not permitted to administer medication, including over-the-counter pain relievers.

In the event of an accident or medical emergency, I authorize Gulfshore Opera to obtain emergency medical treatment for my child from a qualified medical professional if necessary.

I give permission for my child to participate in the Gulfshore Opera Summer Camp Program.

I understand and agree that Gulfshore Opera, its summer camp program, instructors, staff, and employees are not responsible for my child’s behavior while participating in camp activities.

I further agree to release, acquit, and hold harmless Gulfshore Opera and its instructors, agents, and employees from any claims, damages, medical expenses, or liabilities arising from my child’s participation in the program, including but not limited to any injuries that may occur during camp activities.

I consent to the use of photographs, video recordings, film, or audio recordings of my child (or myself) taken during the program for advertising, promotional, or educational purposes by GUlfshore Opera and Estero Community Church.

I approve my child’s participation in all activities organized by Gulfshore Opera during the selected camp session.

I acknowledge that participation in camp activities involves certain inherent risks. In consideration of my child’s participation, I assume these risks and release Gulfshore Opera, its officers, staff, instructors, and representatives from liability for injuries that may occur while traveling to, participating in, or returning from camp activities.

In the event of injury, I waive any claims against Gulfshore Opera, its staff, affiliated organizations, sponsors, and the owners or operators of the facilities where the camp is held.

By submitting this form, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the terms outlined above.
