SACM Regulations
Please Read through the regulations carefully.
Online policies of the Minisitry of Education of Saudi Arabia
1.       MOE will evaluate the hybrid courses as online courses.

2.       Undergraduate students are allowed to attend up to 12 online credits during their entire degree.

3.      Graduate students are allowed to attend up to 6 online credits during their entire degree

4.      All students are permitted only ONE online course per term; strict adherence to this policy is of the responsibility of the student.

5.      Student is not allow to take an online course if the course is available on ground unless the on ground section conflict with other registered courses.

6.      Students are expected to obtain an online-course letter from CGE office.

7.      Prior approval from SACM is a must. ONLINE FG SHOULD BE RECEIVED BEFORE THE END OF ADD/DROP.

8.      Upon approval, RMU will receive special FG for the online course.
Please Note
• SACM students may not take an online course without permission by the Mission. Violation of this may result in SACM not fulfilling tuition.

• According to the Scholarship guidelines, students must be in U.S. for the duration of the entire online course, even if it’s a summer course.  

• If SACM approves student to take an online course, the financial guarantee letter for the online course is the only permission.

• SACM student cannot take online courses that are not taught by RMU. Therefore,  SACM students are NOT eligible to take OCICU courses.

I understand that a letter from CGE is not approval for an online course. Only a SACM Online Financial Guarantee is approval to enroll and remain in an online course. *
