- Once the form is completed and submitted, you will get a copy of your request via email. If you can’t see the confirmation e-mail, try changing your browser. Please do not forget to submit your form when you are finished.
- You can add up to 6 books per form. If you teach more than one course, please complete one form per course (unless they are cross-listed or if they require the exact same material).
- If you are filling this book request after November 8th, there is a higher chance that requested books will be on back order at the distributor. Those books might arrive after the beginning of the winter semester.
