If you’re a woman in peri/post menopause and you’re ready to feel good in your body again, 1:1 coaching could be the perfect solution for you. You will get individualized attention, accountability, and support.

My goal is to work with you to build sustainable habits for you – in your fitness, nutrition and lifestyle – so that you feel amazing in your body again and your body continues to function properly so that you can lead the life you dream of in the decades ahead.

The goal of this application is to help me get some insight into your current situation, your fitness level and your mindset to see whether 1:1 coaching is a good fit for you.

1:1 coaching includes:
  • Initial consultation call 45mins – 1 hour
  • Personalized training program specific to your goals, designed to fit into your life and using the equipment you have available to you.
  • Unlimited access to me between check-ins (through telegram messaging app)
  • Weekly check-ins (live video meetings and via the messaging app)

I have a 3-month minimum commitment as change takes time, and I want to set realistic expectations.
