Parent Power: Black History Month RSVP

Adults are considered those 18 years or older. Please note that we are requesting families limit attendees to  3 Adults Per Family. As we continue to grow our program, we will continue to look for ways to accommodate more family members. 
How many children will be attending the family meeting with you?  *
Include your toddlers, elementary, middle and high school children. Children are considered those younger than 18 yrs old.  
 Breakout rooms will be set up for children aged 3 – 5 years old, 6 – 9 years old, 10 – 13 years old and 14 years old and older.
Parents/Guardians are required to sign their children into and out of breakout rooms and remain on site while their children are participating in breakout room activities.
