Scouts can earn religious emblems for any faith. Click
HERE to learn more about the emblem for your faith.
If you are interested in beginning work on a Catholic or Protestant emblem, please sign up below.
The cost of these programs is $30 per Scout, and includes a workbook, medallion, certificate, and embroidered religious emblem knot for your Scout uniform. (You do not need to buy the workbook separately. Your counselor will buy them for the group.)
There will be groups for
- Ad Altare Dei (Catholic,
middle school)
- Pope Pius XII (Catholic,
high school)
- God and Church
(Protestant, middle school)
- God and Life (Protestant,
high school)
The separate groups
will meet on February 22, March 15, March 22, April 12, April 19, April 26, and
May 10, at 6:00PM at St. Elizabeth Seton. If you know you must miss a session or two due to an unavoidable conflict, the counselor may be able to help you catch up. However, if you must miss more often, it would be better to wait until a time when your schedule can accommodate it.
Parents are also welcome to meet with these groups and to help with our BSA and chartered organization two-deep leadership youth protection requirements. If you are able to help with this, please contact Mrs. Gormley for Catholic emblems or Mr. Dziwlik for the Protestant emblems meetings.
If you have questions about how to work on a religious emblem for a different faith, please ask. We would love to support your efforts to learn more about your faith and your Duty to God obligations as a Scout.
