Mountain View College Outstanding Alumni Award Nomination Form.
The Outstanding Alumni Award honors an alumnus or alumna who through service and/or professional achievements embodies our mission of empowering people and transforming communities. Nominees must meet the following criteria

1. An alumnus or alumna is someone who has obtained a degree or certification, or who has completed 12 credit hours (but has not been enrolled since 2014)

2. Achieved a high level of accomplishment and recognition in his/her career and life experiences.

3. Demonstrated commitment and service to his/her community, and to Mountain View College's core values.

The review process begins in late Fall. Nominees will be contacted by a member of the graduation committee and asked to provide support documents (i.e. resume, letters of support, newspaper/web articles). The graduation committee will review nominations in early Spring and recommend finalists to Mountain View College leadership for a final vote. Awardee will be presented with this honor, during Graduation.
