Bike to Wherever Day 2026 Organization Participation Form
You can use this form to sign up as an organizational participant of Bike to Wherever Day on May 8, 2026. There are several ways in which your organization can participate: 

Host a Station

Your organization/business can provide a location for bicyclists to stop for a break, have a snack, network with other riders, and participate in our challenge. We will provide a sign to display at your location as well as printed materials about the event and bicycling in the Ann Arbor community. 

Sponsorship

BTW Day includes a contest where bicyclists can enter into a drawing to win prizes. In addition to inspiring participation, it’s a great opportunity to garner interest in your businesses/organization. There are two ways you can sponsor the event:
  • Provide prizes related to your business/organization (gift cards, clothing, etc)
  • Financial donation to help cover the cost of printing, etc. for the event
Sponsors receive the following: 
  • Prominent Placement on Sponsor sign for each BTWD Station (Each BTWD station will have a one-page laminated sign of all sponsors – your logo would appear at the top of this one-page) 
  • Logo on flyer – these would be disseminated around the community prior to the event 
  • Logo on website hosted by WBW
  • Logo on thank you postcards -mailed to station hosts
