Raynor Memorial Golf Tournament 2025

Welcome to the 13th Annual Raynor Memorial Golf Tournament Registration Form

Saturday, August 30, 2025
Cardinal Hills Golf Course, Randolph, NY

We’re back for year 13—and we’re teeing off with purpose. This 4-person scramble is more than just a day on the course. It’s a day to honor every life lost to suicide, to stand with families and friends left behind, and to show our community that hope is not just possible—it’s powerful.

$125 per person | $500 per team

Includes: 18 holes, cart, lunch, dinner, on-course games, raffles, and plenty of good-hearted fun.

All proceeds support the Suicide Prevention Alliance of Chautauqua County, helping fund:

  • Lifesaving suicide prevention and mental health trainings
  • Youth education across schools and campuses
  • Support groups for suicide loss survivors
  • Direct outreach to families after a loss
  • And 14+ community events that raise awareness and reduce stigma
For 13 years, this tournament has brought people together in memory, in solidarity, and in action.  Together, we've honored our loved ones.  We've educated hundreds and we've built a community that refuses to stay silent.
