Registration Fee

Once you receive an email confirming your child’s placement in the class, a $100 registration fee is required to secure their spot. This fee will be applied toward your child’s September tuition.

The registration fee is nonrefundable and nontransferable. If you decide not to attend Jack & Jill Community Preschool after your child has been confirmed in the class, the fee will be retained by the school to support our programs.

Please note that at the first parent meeting in August, payment for September and May tuition is required. The remaining tuition can be paid in full or monthly payments.

*

Toilet Training Policy

All students should be fully independent in the restroom at the start of the school year. This includes the ability to communicate their need to use the restroom, manage clothing, use the toilet, and wash their hands with minimal assistance.

We understand that accidents can happen, especially in a new environment, and our teachers will work with students to support them as they adjust.

Parent Working Days Responsibility

Jack & Jill is a cooperative preschool, and parents play an important role in supporting the classroom. Parents are asked to select 1–2 days each month to assist in the classroom. The number of parent working days may change depending on class size, classroom needs, the number of school days in the month, and special activities.

If you are unable to attend on your selected day(s), it is your responsibility to arrange coverage. Parents, family members, or close family friends may cover your working days, but any adult covering a working day must complete a background check before participating.

*

Toy Cleaning Requirement

Each family is required to participate in one scheduled toy cleaning day during the school year. On this day, you will work alongside other parents to clean and sanitize toys and deep clean the classroom as needed.

*
Mandatory Fundraising Requirement
Each family has a $250 mandatory fundraising requirement per child. The school will organize fundraisers throughout the year to help meet this requirement. Any remaining balance after participation in fundraisers will be collected in April.
*
Fundraising Event Participation Requirement
Each family is required to participate in one in-person fundraising event during the school year.
*

Parent Meetings Requirement

Parents are required to attend three parent meetings each year, typically scheduled in August, November, and March.

If you are unable to attend, another person (including a fellow Jack & Jill parent) may attend in your place, provided the board is notified in advance.
