Lansing Fiesta - Vendor Application
We’re excited to welcome a variety of vendors to this year’s Lansing Fiesta. To keep a well-rounded event, space is limited within each vendor category. Applications are reviewed as they are received, so we encourage you to apply early.

Payment is due within 10 days of approval to secure spot. Apply only if you are fully committed to participating, as vendor spaces are limited by category.

Please note: This application is not for food trucks.
Food truck applications are currently closed.

What is your booth setup? *
Standard vendor spaces are 10′ x 10′. Any setup exceeding this size must be approved in advance and may require the purchase of an additional (double) space.
Will you need more than (1) 10’ x 10’ space? *
If approved, vendors requesting additional space will be contacted to review availability and any additional associated fees.
Vendor Space Size Acknowledgment *
Each vendor space is 10′ x 10′. Vendors must ensure that all displays, equipment, and merchandise fit entirely within the assigned space.

I understand that submitting this form is an application only and does not guarantee a vendor space. Vendor participation is confirmed only upon approval communicated by Lansing Fiesta via email, phone call, or text message.

Vendor Admission Wristbands Acknowledgment *
All vendors will receive two (2) admission wristbands per registered day of participation at the Lansing Fiesta. Additional wristbands will not be issued once the event begins.

Wristbands must be picked up prior to June 18. Vendors participating on June 20-21 are still required to arrange advance pickup. This policy is in place to avoid delays during the event, as on-site distribution will not be available.

Setup, Breakdown & Conduct Acknowledgement: *
Vendors must be fully set up before event hours begin and are expected to remain open for the duration of their registered days. Early breakdown is not permitted without prior approval. Vendors are responsible for keeping their area clean and maintaining a professional, respectful presence throughout the event.

Liability & Responsibility Acknowledgement: *
Vendors participate at their own risk and are responsible for their booth, staff, merchandise, and equipment. Lansing Fiesta is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or injury. By participating, vendors agree to hold Lansing Fiesta and its organizers harmless from any claims related to vendor operations.
