Terms and Conditions: 

1)Delegates travel at their own risk. Suitable travel and cancellation insurance must be put in place by the delegates as the WSF, the Squash Association of Hong Kong and the Hong Kong Football Club cannot accept any liability for cancellation of the event due to unforeseen circumstances.

2)The Hong Kong Football Club will invoice delegates for the packages and all invoices must be settled promptly and prior to participation. 

3) Accommodation Cancellation Policy

Though HKFC will on your behalf work with the hotels to refund all cancellations of rooms, the hotel bookings form part of a group booking contract and a certain number of rooms may be cancelled at different intervals prior to the event, so, should you wish to cancel after the booking date, cancellations will be accepted on a first come first served basis without charge until the  limit of allowed cancellations is reached. Any cancellations made after 8th November 2024 will be subject to a full room charges.

4) Data Protection

Delegates are informed that their personal data, i.e. all information requested of them, in particular at the time they register for the event, and that enables them to be (directly or indirectly) identified (such  as surname, first name, position, email address and telephone number) is indispensable for concluding the participation contract and gaining admission to the event.

For the purpose of fulfilling the participation contract, all or some of this personal data may be:

·        Communicated to other Participants, who may be located anywhere in the world, in order to enable them to prepare the event and schedule their business appointments. In this regard, the Participants undertake not to use such data for any other purpose.

·        Used on all distribution and promotional media in connection with the event.

The World Squash Federation’s data processing is governed by the terms and conditions of the World Squash Federation’s Data Protection Policy.

2) All Voting delegates must supply their own device (laptop/tablet/smartphone) to be able to vote.

3) Once you have registered, please expect an invoice from HKFC (hosts) within 7 days
