Physics in an Astronomy Context
Please complete this form to register for one or more sessions of the "Physics in an Astronomy Context" program, a series of workshops offered by the AAPT/Temple team of the NASA Heliophysics Education Activation Team.

This workshop will be held via Zoom on one Saturday of each month from September to November from 1-2 PM ET (Washington, DC time). An invitation with a URL to join will be sent to registrants approximately one week before each session. Participants should have a working computer camera and microphone.

Each workshop session will provide scientific background (a "mini" presentation on the relevant astronomy), an opportunity to work through student materials, and a chance to connect with like-minded educators. These activities are appropriate for introductory physics (high school, college, intro university).

There is no cost to attend these sessions! Learn more about the AAPT/Temple NASA HEAT at https://aapt.org/Resources/NASA_HEAT.cfm
