Completion Time and Price Variation

While I do try to complete every piece in a timely manner, it is unavoidable that with more work, I require more time. Please be patient for:

Up to a week with sketches
Up to a month with full illustrations
2-3 months with full design concept sheets

I will stay in regular contact with you the entire duration of your commission (minimum one update per week), and will be seeking feedback as I progress through your piece. Please don't hesitate to let me know if something is missing or incorrect from your description.

When it comes to pricing, the listed prices on this form are the base prices. I expect to collect at least half compensation upfront for my work, and the rest when it is complete. With discussion, this can be changed to fully before or fully after depending on client's preference. Factors that will increase/alter the pricing of pieces include:

Request for detailed background
Request for additional elements (alternate expressions or poses)
Complex additions (Feathery wings, heavy armour, etc.)

I will always give a price estimate upfront, and will update it following the sketch if it turns out that I've miscalculated on some element.
