Once your application has been submitted, you will be contacted, and asked to provide pictures of the pine beetle damage (if you have them).
NOTE: Grant funds for successful applicants will be paid once the planting of the approved trees is completed, and a report, photos, and receipts have been submitted.

The grant will not cover invasive species or ash trees. Species that are native to the area are strongly recommended. For a list of invasive plants and why they are a problem for Canadian ecosystems please consult the Environment and Climate Change Canada website: https://www.ec.gc.ca/eee-ias/.
