Trunk or Treat Sign Up
If you would like to participate in our 3rd annual Trunk or Treat please complete the form below.  There are three ways you can participate ... 1. Decorate your car and become part of the fun!  2  Attend the event and enjoy a night with our Bradley family  3. Make a candy / trinket donation by delivery to the front office no later than Monday, October 28, 2019.  

This form will be available until Friday, October 25, 2019 for your completion.

What is Trunk or Treat?
Adults decorate cars and hand out treats from the trunks.  Children dress in their Halloween costumes and walk from car to car to collect candy / trinkets and oooh and ahhh at the amazing decorations.  
Participating Vehicles Rules
1. Please bring enough candy and trinkets to hand out for the duration of the event;
2. You must be parked between 5:00 PM and 5:30 PM.  We MUST have all cars parked and set up by 5:30 PM;
3. Vehicles MUST stay parked until the end of the event for the safety of our children.  DO NOT LEAVE UNTIL THE EVENT IS OVER;
4. The event will begin at 6:00 PM and end at 7:30 PM;
5. All decorations must be contained within your parking spot;
6. No open flames are permitted;
7. Engines must be turned off during the event for safety reasons;
8. No electricity will be provided by the school;
9. Please refrain from gruesome decorations.
