If you were a patient 75 or above on active surveillance for more than a decade and without signs of cancer, what would you do about Active Surveillance?
Call AS a day and just live the rest of my life.
Stay on a "modified" AS with PSAs once or twice a year.
Add occasional MRIs to the PSA mix.
Go full monte with AS with regular biopsies to be safe.
Go on a plant-based diet, exercise like made, and hope for the best.
