We're working on a side-project (https://jobsforit.de) which is a job portal dedicated to Developers offering TRANSPARENCY (e.g. salary range, techstack), SIMPLICITY (dev-friendly navigation, job ads in the same format) and FUN (geeky UI and community-driven backlog).
