We urge you to read the Information Sheet carefully before completing the Consent Form.  Please contact us (e.g. telephone call, email, leave a message on our website, contact our pastor or any of our officials in person) at your earliest convenience, if

（1）有任何不清楚的事情 there is anything unclear，
（2）有任何不明白的事情 anything you do not understand，
（3）感覺到您本人或者您的孩子可能受到不公平對待 you feel either yourself or your children might be prejudiced，
（4）希望與我們討論任何有關事情 you would like to discuss any relevant issue

雖然我們會幫助您在得到足夠資料和了解的情况下才作出決定，但是我們未能為您提供法律意見。因此，假若您對於自己的法律權利不肯定的話，我們強烈建議您尋求獨立法律意見。如果您希望獲得翻譯服務，我們建議您向一些有法律背景或者熟悉有關法例的人士尋求協助。我們強調是否尋求獨立法律意見或者翻譯服務純粹是您的個人選擇。

Although we will endeavour to help you make an informed decision, we are not in a position to give you legal advice.  For this reason, we strongly advise you to seek independent legal advice, if you are unsure about your legal rights.  If you want to have the benefit of an interpreter, we can only suggest you find someone with legal background or familiar with the relevant law.  We must stress, however, it is incumbent upon you to make the decision.
