Bioconductor-Physalia Courses Application

Bioconductor and Physalia Courses are offering two free seats per eligible Bioconductor course to participants based in low- or middle-income countries, as defined by the World Bank’s income classification.

These places are part of our Bioconductor–Physalia collaboration, which aims to expand access to high-quality training in bioinformatics and computational biology. You can also read more in our blog post.

You may apply for more than one course by submitting a separate application for each course topic (e.g., RNA-seq, single-cell RNA-seq). As places are limited, we aim to allocate them fairly and based on best fit. Submitting the form does not guarantee a place.

Applicants will be selected by the Bioconductor Training Committee chairs and Community Manager and notified by email. Due to limited resources, we will only contact selected applicants. If you do not hear from us by 1 week before the course, please assume your application was not successful. Feel free to apply for other courses if relevant.

If you have any questions, you're welcome to contact us at education@bioconductor.org
