Our departmental deadline for contract submission to request departmental chair signature is Tuesday of Week 2 of quarter @ 5pm. If you would like to submit a late contract, you will need to email your
contract to Valecia Sarmento (VSarmento@mednet.ucla.edu) with an explanation of your late
submission. NOTE: late submissions are NOT guaranteed to have a Department Chair's
Signature before registration cut off (Friday of week 2). Student is responsible for paying all late
registration fees and submitting final signed contract to registrar's office. This department is
unable to enroll or register late contracts.
