Entrepreneurship Development Program at Tata STRIVE
Tata STRIVE is a skill development initiative of Tata Trusts, which addresses the pressing need of skilling India’s youth for Employment, Entrepreneurship and Community Enterprise.

Tata STRIVE implements Entrepreneurship Development Programs (EDPs) at multiple locations in India. The EDP training starts with scouting for youth with bright Ideas, aiding them with business plan creation, training them on nuances of setting up an enterprise.

Select youth who complete training and successfully defend their business plan in front of a panel of evaluators are further supported with a small financial assistance. Post the financial assistance the budding entrepreneurs need handholding and mentoring to succeed.
