Teaching Skills Workshop | Bringing Interprofessional Competencies to Your Teaching
This workshop will provide an opportunity for faculty to apply established competencies for interprofessional education to their teaching responsibilities. Participants will review the Core Competencies for Interprofessional Collaborative Practice developed by IPEC (Interprofessional Education Collaborative). In addition, participants will engage in application exercises related to current or expected teaching activities.

Workshop objectives

At the conclusion of the workshop, participants will be able to:
• Analyze IPEC competencies for relevance to teaching responsibilities;
• Develop learning objectives integral to those competencies; and
• Create a plan for learners to achieve objectives.
