Fill out this form to sign up to be a model for the NAGLY Fashion Show! The fashion show will take place at Montserrat College of Art in Beverly on April 3rd, 2026 between 7pm and 10pm, and is open for all ages! If you have any questions, feel free to email Tony at tony@nagly.org.

1. The Upcyling piece for the show (option 1):

Curating outfits and designs, would love to have students work on this piece (all ages)

anyone who would like to curate an outfit must be pg-13! as this is an all ages event

2. The Consignment shop fashion show (option 2):

This would be local consignment shops having models walk in their clothing
