Event Notification (Hold the Date)
To enable your Branch or Management Council’s event to be advertised anywhere, including in the Society’s Journal and listed on the website, you must complete & submit this form, or the manual equivalent. The date of your event should already have been submitted to your State Management Council to avoid clashes within your state.

NB: Your event details may be used in the Society’s overall publicity planning and advertisements.
Important Information
In order to have your event sanctioned, this form and any other documentation MUST be received at Head Office a minimum of 14 days prior to your event.

Note: Meetings and other events not involving horses will only require this form or the manual equivalent.

All details on this form should be completed for your events to be listed or advertised. Insurance will be in place only for the dates advised – if competitors and committee arrive prior to event or stay on venue post event please include these dates in Event Set-up and Pack-up Down.

Advertisement of your event does not constitute sanctioning. All event planning documents will be required to be submitted and assessed prior to your event being sanctioned.
