Welcome to the 2022 Chalice Camp Space Program! We are excited to spend a week of space, exploration, imagination, and play rooted in Unitarian Universalist values from July 18 - July 22 for children ages 4 - 13 (going into grades preK-7 or equivalent for fall 2022).  Camp hours are 9am-4pm with extended hours of 8am-5pm available (details at the end of this form).

The following registration form will secure your child(ren) a spot in this program.

Cost (Scholarships are available upon request. No Astronaut will be turned away for inability to pay.)
1 Child = $150
2 Children = $250
each additional child is $100

Cost includes space exploration supplies for the week and a special t-shirt. Please mail a check addressed to the church or pay via Realm or Give+.
