Girls Lacrosse Survey
With the addition of a girls lacrosse team at Alter High School this past spring, South Dayton Catholic Lacrosse is exploring the possibility of adding girls teams to our youth program for next season. To do so, we need to ensure we have enough girls to field teams at the different grade levels and the commitment of parents to coach and help with administrative duties.

About South Dayton Catholic Lacrosse
South Dayton Catholic Lacrosse was established in 2013 as the feeder program for the boys lacrosse program at Alter High School.* We offer teams for boys in grades 1 thru 8 and welcome all skill levels at all grade levels. We provide athletes the opportunity to try all positions and strive to give more experienced players the ability to work on more complex techniques or to focus on specific positions.

It is the Mission of South Dayton Catholic Lacrosse to provide youth in the South Dayton area a safe and fun environment that fosters the development of fundamental lacrosse skills, sportsmanship, and lacrosse gameplay IQ. Our program will help educate and inspire families within the community to embrace the game of lacrosse.

We seek to create the best lacrosse experience for the entire family. Our program encourages player growth of all skill and experience levels. Our coaching and gameplay strategy is focused on team play and designed to ensure skill development appropriate to age, physical size, maturity, and skill. Progression through our program will prepare our players for higher levels of competition and position them to successfully transition into high school play.

If you have any questions or would like more information, please contact Mike Dalidowicz ( or Mark Kargl (

*While students attending the traditional parochial feeder schools for Alter are our main focus, we also accept kids attending other schools in the Kettering, Oakwood and South Dayton neighborhoods.
