What is Cardio Tennis?
Cardio Tennis is an interval training class that revolves around your favorite thing... TENNIS! There are a variety of levels, but the best thing is that you can go at your own pace. If you've never done it before, you're going to have fun, get a workout and hit tons of balls! If you're a marathon runner you're still going to have fun, get a great workout and hit tons of balls!

These classifications are meant to help new Cardio Tennis participants understand that longer classes are more challenging. THE LEVELS OF CARDIO HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH PLAYING ABILITY. It's simply about how long you'll be running.
