AOHCC Convention Mākeke Registration Form

REGISTRATION FORM DUE DATE:  October 2, 2023 at 4pm HST

The 2023 AOHCC Convention Mākeke is presented by Ke One O Kākuhihewa (Oʻahu Council of the Association of Hawaiian Civic Clubs). This is a three-day vendor space opening at 8am each day and closing at 5pm. The mākeke is on October 19 to 21, 2023.

We are looking for vendors who have consumer packaged goods (CPG) or other products that showcases Hawaiʻi in a pono way (meaning it is culturally appropriate in its representation, includes elements of regeneration, is socially responsible, is sustainably made or packaged, and/or has a net positive impact etc.) Imported items that are intended for resale are discouraged from being a part of this event. While samples are encouraged, the sale of instantly edible items such as sodas, popcorn, chips, etc is prohibited. Pre-packaged food items are allowed as long as they are not in open containers available for immediate consumption. 

We will not be offering single-day or two-day booths. You must commit to all three days.

FEE FOR ALL 3 DAYS- $100 FLAT FEE

Payment information will be sent to you once we confirm your application.

Each booth includes a 6-foot table and two chairs. Attendees are responsible for their own parking. Since WiFi might not be consistently available, vendors should have a personal hotspot to ensure payment devices function properly.

Vendors must provide a donation with a retail value of $50-$100 or more as a giveaway.
