2nd Annual Red White and Blue Vendor Fair

Who can be a vendor?
Anyone offering food with a cottage license or family-friendly products and services

10 x 10 space only; all other equipment is self-provided

Attendance is free to the public.

The location of the Vendor Fair is located within the gates of the Street Dance .

The Car Show will be in the park nearby from 9am – 3pm and the Street Dance will start at 6pm and end at Midnight, both of which are well-attended events. Vendors are encouraged to stay until at least 7 p.m.

General Policy: All aisles must be kept clear. All exhibits must be attended during the show hours and kept up for the duration of the show. Assignment or subletting of assigned space by Exhibitor is not permitted with out approval of show promoter for any reason. Exhibitor must comply with all local laws, rules, regulations and ordinances in force. *
Liability: The exhibitor agrees to make no claim for any reason whatsoever for loss, theft, damage or destruction of goods, for injury to him/herself or employees while the show is in progress, being set up or taken down. Or while the Exhibitor or the Exhibitor’s employees or agents are in the facility. The Exhibitor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless show promoters, facility (where the show is being held), and their employees, against any and all claims. We, the Promoter are not an insurer of Exhibitor’s business performance, success, attendance levels or exhibitor’s property. Exhibitor is responsible for damage or expense, such Exhibitor or such Exhibitor’s employees or agents cause, including damage to the facility walls, ceiling and floors including labor charges to remove stains or adhesives. Exhibitor will be billed for such damage in a dollar amount reasonably determined by the facility. * *
