In addition, Work Life partners with an independent contractor, Jackie Pykon, LCSW, to offer a personalized, confidential consultation service, as well as to facilitate an adult caregiver support group. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Jackie brings her expertise over several years of experience supporting caregivers through the many stages and challenges of caregiving.
During the virtual consultation, Jackie is committed to creating a safe space where you feel seen, supported, and less alone as a caregiver. Kindly note that you will be asked to review and complete this Individual Client Agreement from Jackie Pykon.
Through the virtual support group, Jackie hopes to foster connection, share practical tools, and support you on your caregiving journey. Kindly note that you will be asked to review and complete this Participant Agreement from Jackie Pykon.
