2026 Rocky Mountain Association of Fairs District Education Fund Scholarship Application

Could you use some help to offset costs of attending the RMAF Convention?  Do you have a staff member,  seasonal worker, or volunteer who would benefit from attending but you don’t have the funds to send them?

Each RMAF District and the Young Professionals Group have funds that they designate to help you!

$500.00 may be awarded in the following categories for each District:

⭐  First Time Attendee          ⭐ Financial Hardship          ⭐ Under 40

$500.00 may be awarded in the following categories by the Young Professionals Group:

⭐  Fair/Festival/Service Member Under 40

⭐ New Attendee (any age; new to the industry or never attended an RMAF Convention)

  • Applicants must be active with a current member fair or festival (board member, employee, or volunteer)

  • Applicants can only receive one (1) scholarship - even if they qualify in more than one category.

  • Scholarship funds will be paid in advance but if for any reason the recipient is not able to attend, the entire amount must be returned to RMAF within 30 days of the convention.

  • Scholarships are not transferable.

  • Completed applications must be submitted by September 18, 2026

  • Recipients will be notified by October 1, 2026

  • Applications will be judged by a committee for each District, appointed by the District Director.  Scores will be tabulated and the recipients notified by the District Director.
