StudentMoveTO 2019 Data Download Agreement
Thank you for your interest in the 2019 StudentMoveTO data.
StudentMoveTO is a collaborative partnership between ten colleges and universities, and four government and community organizations in the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area (GTHA), Canada, with a goal of better understanding post-secondary students’ transportation needs and challenges. The research program is supported by a Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council (SSHRC) grant.
In fall 2019, a large student transportation survey was conducted (StudentMoveTO 2019). Recognizing the value of this data in generating insights, debates, and actions to improve transportation experiences of post-secondary students and the broader population, the StudentMoveTO team is pleased to share the data with researchers, students, academic institutions, planners/ policymakers, advocates and other interested citizens, on a request-to-download basis.
In order to access the public dataset, you must fill out this data share agreement form. If you need to access further disaggregated data with detailed location information (only available for specific research to be done in collaboration with Principal Investigators of the StudentMoveTO program), please send an email to
