Call to Action
For our students, in addition to ABAR, we want MPS and MFT59 to include the “Retain Educators of Color MOA” or other contract language which has explicit language about  

- Exempting educators of color from excess or non-renew layoffs outside of seniority order.
- Protecting, retaining, and recruiting teachers of color.

Without this, we will not sign.
