With the new format we are trying to make the newsletter shorter, easier to read, and more visually appealing with short teasers and web links that lead to the full articles online. The new format is also easier and quicker for us to put together, so we expect the newsletter to be more timely and interesting for you as we are able to publish more often.
Another advantage is that the new email format opens immediately to the newsletter and adjusts automatically for viewing clearly on either computer or cellphone screens. The newsletter itself and the individually linked articles can still be printed for hardcopy viewing, but we can now put our time and the high cost of producing, printing and mailing a printed newsletter to better use in promoting, educating, and researching about the Ice Age Floods.
With this brief survey we hope to learn from you what you think of the new format and to gather any suggestions you may have to improve it.
