Videoconferencing Survey
You are invited to participate in a study concerning your use of educational videoconferencing, particularly experiences set up via the Digital Human Library (dHL), by completing this short 5-10 minute survey. Your participation will provide insights concerning how videoconferencing is used in the educational community. You are a possible participant because of your educational use of videoconferencing, particularly via the dHL site.

There are no known risks, discomforts, or inconveniences anticipated from your participation in this study. Your identity will remain confidential in the publication of study results. This survey will take approximately 10-15 minutes. This survey is anonymous. You will be assigned a pseudonym, and all data will be safely stored in a password protected file. All records will be destroyed within 5 years of the survey being taken. Participation in this study is entirely voluntary. You may stop at any time without affecting their future relationship with dHL or any of the participating researchers or their institutions You may consider printing a copy of the consent page for your records.

This study has been reviewed and approved by the Western Oregon University Institutional Review Board (IRB). Should you have any questions or concerns throughout the course of the study, you may contact Dr. Carano by phone or e-mail.
