TQM Halloween Market - Vendor Application Form

Our September Market will be taking place on Sat Oct 26, 2024 from 11am-6pm in Barbara Hall Park beside The 519 Community Centre at 519 Church Street! There will be a one hour long drag show in the afternoon to help draw in a crowd. We would love to have you all as vendors but we have a limited number of table spaces available. If you aren't selected for this market, I encourage you to apply to our other markets!

All booths will be covered by 10x10 canopy tents. There will be two vendors per tent. Booth sizes are approximately 7'x4' to comfortably fit a 6' table as outlined in the diagram below.

Vendor Fees:

$135.60 ($120+HST) includes no rentals, you will be responsible for bringing your own 10x10 canopy tent to share with one other vendor

$158.20 ($140+HST) includes a tent rental only

$163.85 ($145+HST) includes a tent and chair rental

$169.50 ($150 +HST) includes a tent and table rental

$175.15 ($155+HST) includes a tent, 6' table and 1 chair rental

$180.80 ($160+HST) includes a tent, 6' table and 2 chair rentals

In case of rain we will be moving indoors if The 519 Church Street Community Centre has space for us. If the event has to be cancelled, all vendor fees will be refunded in full. We have an agreement with The 519 to allow all vendors to use their washroom from 9:30am-5pm on the day of the event and a water refill station is available to us inside the community centre.

All applications will receive a response letting you know whether or not you have been accepted as a vendor by Sept 1. If you have not received a response by then, please let us know. We don't want to leave anyone hanging! If you have any questions, please e-mail us at torontoqueermarket@gmail.com
