Reducing Stress and Improving Mobility with Chair Yoga
Whether at home or in the office, Chair Yoga can be used to reduce stress and anxiety through breathing and meditation. This presentation demonstrates Chair Yoga including breathing exercises, meditation and simple exercises sitting in a chair. The exercises taught support mobility, improve range of motion, and release tension and tightness to recharge during the work day.
All you need is a stable chair.
