CAT's Yield to Pedestrians Campaign seeks to raise public awareness of pedestrians in crosswalks and encourage motorists to Slow Down and Look Around. The desired outcome is to improve public health, reduce traffic injuries and deaths, and create a more enjoyable experience to walk, and/or operate a wheelchair (wheel) in the Lehigh Valley.
